Cancellation When you can cancel and get a full refund.

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund.

We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out.

To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible at support@pinkfox.shop and include your order number.

Returns Eligibility, requirements, and return shipping rules.

We accept returns. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please contact us first to obtain the return address and instructions.

Shipping costs & restocking:

  • Customers will only be charged for shipping once at most (this includes returns, where applicable).
  • No restocking fee will be charged for returning a product.
